Warning: date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/Chicago' for 'CDT/-5.0/DST' instead in /backup/qa/www/sub/rss/product.php on line 32

This would be really awesome if it were updated. It is pretty old and it shows it. Rather simple, but not necessarily easy. It would be great if there was something that followed the BFL journal, but allowed for changes, as I am doing 4 cardio and 2 lifting per week instead of 3 and 3. It would be nice if it did planned and allowed us to print it, then we could write everything down and enter it. It needs to do workout, food, power mind set, goals, journey to success, dream list, measurements, body fat, and weight. It also needs comprehensive reports for food, workouts, measurements, body fat, weight, etc.... Along with the ability to track past exercises and weight, past food and notes, daily or weekly changes.

I would gladly pay, $60.00 for a comprehensive BFL program, but this is not it. As a Computer Systems Analyst, I would be more than willing to help with the design and testing, if you decide to revamp this.

Pam Kennedy
